隱私權政策

歡迎使用「極速連連看：有雯才敢大聲」（以下簡稱「本應用」）。本應用由獨立開發者提供，我們非常重視您的隱私權。本隱私權政策將說明我們如何收集、使用、儲存與保護您的個人資訊。

一、我們收集的資訊

為了提供遊戲服務，我們會收集以下資訊：

• 帳戶資訊：當您註冊或登入時，我們會收集您的電子郵件地址、自訂暱稱，以及由 Firebase Authentication 產生的唯一識別碼（UID）。您也可以使用 Google 帳號登入或以訪客模式遊玩。
• 遊戲數據：您的遊戲進度、關卡紀錄、分數、成就、角色好感度、道具庫存、裝備、VIP 等級、購買紀錄及個人設定偏好，均儲存於 Google Cloud Firestore 雲端資料庫。
• 購買紀錄：透過 Google Play 計費服務進行的應用程式內購買（IAP），其交易驗證由伺服器端 Cloud Functions 處理。我們儲存訂單編號（Order ID）、商品編號及購買時間戳記，用於防止重複發放與退款處理。我們不會接觸或儲存您的信用卡號碼或付款資訊——所有付款處理均由 Google Play 負責。
• 對戰數據：參與對戰模式時，您的對戰操作記錄（配對時序）會暫時儲存於 Firestore，供對手重播比對使用。
• 裝置資訊：我們可能收集非識別性的技術資訊（如作業系統版本、螢幕尺寸），僅用於優化遊戲體驗與相容性處理。

二、第三方服務

本應用使用以下第三方服務，這些服務各自依循其隱私權政策處理資料：

• Google Firebase：身份驗證（Authentication）、雲端資料庫（Firestore）、雲端函式（Cloud Functions）、主機代管（Hosting）。請參閱 Firebase 隱私權政策。
• Google Play 計費服務：處理應用程式內購買（鑽石包、月卡、禮包等）。所有付款資訊由 Google Play 管理，本應用僅接收交易驗證結果。請參閱 Google 隱私權政策。
• Google AdMob：本應用可能展示獎勵式廣告（觀看廣告獲取體力或道具）。AdMob 可能使用廣告識別碼（Advertising ID）提供相關廣告。您可透過裝置設定管理廣告追蹤偏好。請參閱 Google 廣告隱私權條款。
• Firebase Crashlytics：收集匿名當機診斷資訊（裝置型號、作業系統版本、當機堆疊），不包含可識別個人身分的資料，僅用於穩定性改善。

三、離線快取與 Service Worker

本應用採用 PWA（漸進式網頁應用程式）技術，透過 Service Worker 在您的裝置本機快取遊戲資源（程式碼、圖片、音效），以提供離線遊玩能力與加速載入體驗。這些快取資料僅儲存在您的裝置上，不會回傳至伺服器。您可隨時透過瀏覽器設定清除快取資料。

四、資料使用方式

我們收集的資訊僅用於以下用途：

• 驗證您的身份並確保帳戶安全。
• 儲存與同步您的遊戲進度，讓您能跨裝置遊玩。
• 驗證應用程式內購買的合法性，防止偽造與重複發放。
• 維護排行榜、對戰配對與賽季結算功能。
• 發送遊戲內通知（全域公告、月卡每日獎勵）。
• 分析遊戲使用情況以改善功能與修復錯誤。

五、資料安全

• 所有資料傳輸均透過 HTTPS 加密。
• 您的密碼由 Firebase Authentication 加密處理，我們無法讀取您的原始密碼。
• 應用程式內購買透過伺服器端 Cloud Functions 驗證 Google Play 收據真偽，防止偽造交易。
• Firestore 安全規則限制每位用戶僅能讀寫自己的遊戲資料，並設有防竄改閘門。

六、您的權利

• 存取與更正：您可在遊戲內的「個人檔案」頁面查看並修改您的暱稱與頭像。
• 資料匯出：如需取得您的遊戲數據副本，請透過下方聯絡方式與我們聯繫。
• 帳戶刪除：如果您希望刪除帳戶及所有相關遊戲數據，請發送電子郵件至 kai8617kai@gmail.com，標題註明「帳號刪除申請」並附上您的註冊信箱或 UID，我們將在 30 個工作日內完成刪除處理。刪除後，您的遊戲進度、購買紀錄、排行榜資料將永久移除且無法恢復。

七、兒童隱私

本應用並非針對 13 歲以下兒童設計。我們不會刻意收集兒童的個人資料。若您發現有未滿 13 歲兒童在未經家長同意的情況下提供了個人資料，請聯繫我們，我們將立即刪除相關資料。

八、政策更新

我們可能會不時更新本隱私權政策。更新後的政策將公佈於本頁面，並更新上方「最後更新」日期。重大變更時，我們將透過遊戲內公告通知。

"極速連連看：有雯才敢大聲" (Speed Match: Wen's Challenge) is a tile-matching puzzle game provided by an independent developer. We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

Information We Collect

• Account information: Email address, display name, and Firebase Authentication UID upon registration or login. Guest mode is available without registration.
• Game data: Progress, scores, achievements, character affinity, inventory, equipment, VIP status, and purchase history — stored in Google Cloud Firestore.
• Purchase records: In-app purchase transactions are verified server-side via Cloud Functions. We store Order IDs and product IDs for fraud prevention. We never access or store your payment card information — all payment processing is handled by Google Play.
• Device information: Non-identifying technical data (OS version, screen size) for compatibility optimization.

Third-Party Services

• Google Firebase: Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Hosting. See Firebase Privacy Policy.
• Google Play Billing: Handles in-app purchases. See Google Privacy Policy.
• Google AdMob: May display rewarded ads. See Google Ads Privacy.
• Firebase Crashlytics: Anonymous crash diagnostics only — no personal data.

Data Security

• All data transmitted via HTTPS encryption.
• Passwords handled by Firebase Authentication (hashed, never stored in plaintext).
• Firestore security rules restrict each user to their own data with anti-tampering safeguards.

Your Rights

• Access & correction: Modify your nickname and avatar in-game.
• Account deletion: Email kai8617kai@gmail.com with subject "Account Deletion Request" and your registered email or UID. We will process within 30 business days. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.

Children's Privacy

This app is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
